30 minutes to move you from surviving to thriving.
Hi, I’m Kaylee Blair—concussion‑specialized coach, two‑time brain injury survivor, and total nervous‑system nerd.
I hold a B.S. in Behavioral Science and advanced training in Neuro‑Linguistic Programming (NLP). Over the past 5+ years, I’ve helped clients from Switzerland to California (and plenty of places in between) turn scattered home exercise plans into clear, doable routines.
I’ve worked inside two concussion clinics, learning shoulder‑to‑shoulder with neuropsychologists, neuro‑occupational therapists, and neuro‑optometrists. I know what a solid home program looks like—and how overwhelming it can feel without a roadmap. My sweet spot is translating what your providers give you into a step‑by‑step plan that fits your energy, life, and goals.
Bottom line: I help you calm your nervous system, track symptoms with clarity, and actually follow through—so you can go from surviving to thriving without guessing your way through recovery.
Outside of coaching, you’ll usually find me with my family, belting show tunes (or whatever music is stuck in my head that week), and hunting for the perfect scenic walk.
Sometimes the most powerful support comes from someone who’s been there. In this podcast, I share my personal journey through brain injry recovery — the struggles, the turning points, and the tools that helped me move forward. Lived experience can offer a kind of guidance no textbook ever could. My hope is that by sharing my story, others will feel seen, supported, and reminded that healing is possible.
The Resilient Mind is an 8-week consulting program designed for individuals living with Post Concussion Symptoms, mTBI or Acquired Brain Injury — offering emotional, cognitive, and physical strategies to guide you from surviving to thriving. It includes weekly group consulting, 1:1 support, and real-world tools from someone who’s been there.
