Stop Managing Your Recovery. Start Living Your Life.

The Resilient Mind Method is a structured coaching program for people recovering from concussion and brain injury — who are ready for something that actually moves the needle.

Does Any of This Sound Familiar?

You’re not broken. Your brain is working exactly as a recovering brain does. What’s missing is a guide who’s been through it, knows the science, and can help you build a personalized path forward.

What Is The Resilient Mind Method?

The Resilient Mind Method is a 1-on-1 coaching program built on the RBR framework — Regulate, Balance, Restore — developed from both my own recovery and years of training in behavioral science, NLP, and clinical concussion care.

It’s not therapy. It’s not another app. It’s not someone telling you to just rest more.

It’s a structured, science-backed approach to understanding your nervous system, building real-world tools that work for your specific brain, and designing a life that isn’t built around your symptoms.

Regulate — We start here. You’ll learn to read your own nervous system signals, build a personalized gauge system, and establish a foundation that stops the boom-bust cycle most PCS survivors are trapped in.

Balance — We develop flexibility. You’ll learn to move intentionally between states of activation and rest — managing both the anxious, wired days and the foggy, crashed-out ones.

Restore — The deeper work. Rewiring, identity integration, goal-setting. This is where recovery stops being your identity and starts being something that happened to you — not something that defines you.

What Working Together Actually Looks Like

We begin with a free 30-minute consultation so I can understand your history, your goals, and whether this is the right fit. No commitment required.

Already Working With a Doctor or Specialist? Good.

I’m not a replacement for your neurologist, physical therapist, or OT. I’m the piece that fills in the gaps — the daily nervous system management, the emotional processing, the strategy for how to actually live in a recovering brain. Many of my clients are in active clinical treatment. The two work together well.

Questions I Hear Often

Do I have to be recently injured?
No. I work with people at all stages — from a few months post-injury to years out. Some of the clients who get the most out of this work are people who’ve been struggling for years and have run out of clinical options.

Is this covered by insurance?
Coaching is not a medical service and is not covered by insurance. Sessions are paid privately. I’m happy to discuss pricing and packages on the free consultation call.

What if I’m having a bad symptom day on our call day?
We adapt. Part of what we’re building together is the flexibility to meet yourself where you are. Some of our most productive conversations happen on the hard days.

How is this different from therapy?
Therapy focuses on mental health diagnosis and treatment. Coaching focuses on goals, strategy, and building forward momentum. I complement, not replace, mental health care. If therapy is something you need, I’ll tell you honestly.

Let’s Find Out If This Is the Right Fit
